missed page

I somehow missed a page in my Las Vegas post.  It was still under the Swissa in the case.

I have inserted it but to make it easier here's that page only.  It belongs after the thrifts and before the bus stop altercation.

I used to put this stuff on Thai Airways about 23 years ago.  Their lovely logo hasn't changed.

The Tacoma Art Museum has an artist calling for blankets for a big project.  Click here for link.  I filled in the form while we were out.  We like to leave little bits of ourselves all over town when invited.

Interesting pockets, but no writing tray such as Rev. Munk found.  I'm hoping it will last awhile.

For comparison, the bare-bones case it's replacing.  It had belonged to my wife's grandfather, who was quite frugal.

Two-day post

Bikecast Friday went by but though I carted the Rocket around, the only thing I typed on it was a name tag.  We went to see my niece at her school.

Saturday's ride - light rain out, heavy returning.  About 75% of the parade was dry-ish, though it was still common to see princesses with wet hair.

This used to be a major center for daffodil bulb growers, but most of the farms have been converted to commercial real estate.  I hope the same doesn't happen to the hops in central WA.
