I'm a sucker for special type and symbols. Very nice.
ReplyDeleteWhat a coincidence! Tonight I was looking at a Hermes 3000 that belongs to a friend. Never saw one before and it is very different from most of the units I've seen. A most odd collection of buttons too.
ReplyDeleteNice Techno typeface. The Hermes 3000 got me started collecting also. I like to blame the typewriter to keep peace with my wife. I have a Techno also and really like it. However, with 3 Swiss Hermes 3000 machines and one Facit TP1. None type as nice as the TP1
ReplyDeleteThe Hermes 3000 is one of my favorite everyday typewriters. I have some that I like to use as a novelty, others I like to display, but when it comes down to functionality and feel, the 3000 is always a contender in my book.
