The correct answer was Smith-Corona Vantage. I sure wondered if the key design was an infringement on Olivetti's Praxis design.

Here's a better-framed pic stolen (uncredited) from an ebay listing because turnabout's fair play.

No way! I was 100% sure it was an Olivetti. I was completely unaware of this SC machine, which I suppose must have been a marketplace flop.
