Wow, what a gorgeous machine! I don't think I've ever seen one, truth be told. I'm sure you'll get that comma fixed in no time.
Huzzah! So glad to see the correspondence made it to you! I was wondering how the wire-wrapped bookmark would fare in the post. I think I'm going to start laminating them...juuuust in case.
How How How?!?!? I can't find a darn thing around me in the bins at ANY store! That said, I'm happy for your new addition - she's one of my top "wants".
Well, hello!
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love my one. Brilliant machine!

ReplyDeleteVery nice looking typewriters.
ReplyDeleteGreat machine! I love my '46 Sterling. I was using it the other day and I marvel at how rock-solid they are.
ReplyDeleteCongrats!
Ahh, those beautiful Speedlines - and you're finding them in the bins? yeesh - what a lucky (but deserving) fellow! :D
ReplyDeleteThe SC Sterlings are indeed wonderful typewriters -- I've got one dating from 1945, and it's definitely one of my very favorites in my collection.
