ReplyDeleteI'm a Smith Corona man myself and I must say I'm jealous! She's a bute...even if a little dusty. When you get her cleaned up post a few more pics - I'd love to see them!
ReplyDeleteThat is a good example of a $20 find that will be worth its weight and more once you have her oiled up a little. It's always great to find one that has been neglected but still has great plenty of life left in it.
ReplyDeleteGlad to see you pulled the trigger on the SCM! Worst case scenario, you'll have to get the platen recovered at Ames Supply. Otherwise, that tank should last a while.
