Wow, someone actually wanted to use the Selectric at the library? There's a Selectric III in Purdue's library that I had almost personal use of, as nobody wanted to even touch it. College kids and their wimpy laptop-raised fingers probably couldn't even actuate the keys, come to think of it. Alas, since nobody uses it, it has had a persistent ribbon feed problem for the past six months, and the librarians all claim ignorance of who would be in charge of ordering a repair.
