My Corona 3

My Corona 3 is from 1920.  It was my second shopgoodwill.com purchase (for $16 if memory serves).  I was able to pick it up locally, and that was how I discovered the bins.  When I went to get it I entered the wrong door and found my Silent-Super for $3 (they hadn't established the $6.99 typewriter price yet).
I posted this pic when I first got it.

That's a military phone on the right, sitting on a 1950's phone book, kept because it has the ad for my wife's Grandparents' flower shop.

  1. You got an early right handed machine like mine. Nice, but us left-handers have to cross arms for the countless cap and fig shifts - most ungainly - but fun.

  2. What a coincidence! I have a Corona 3 (although it's not working) I also have in display next to the phone that also is very similar to yours.
